Asking for help takes strength. Therapy can help you better understand your challenges, develop practical strategies for coping, and connect more fully with your values and goals. Our work together focuses on using your strengths to build confidence, balance, and lasting change.

The care we receive from friends and family is deeply important, but therapy offers something different. In therapy, you have a confidential, non-judgmental space to explore your experiences with the guidance of a trained professional. Together, we can look beneath the surface of what’s happening — identifying patterns, building new coping tools, and creating space for healing and lasting change.

Therapy is a collaborative process — it’s not about being “fixed,” but about understanding yourself more fully and creating space for change. Our sessions are guided by what feels most important to you. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns with curiosity and compassion, helping you build insight and develop tools to navigate life’s challenges.
There’s no right or wrong way to show up. You don’t need to have everything figured out — just a willingness to be present and open to the process. Like most meaningful work, therapy is most effective when you engage with it both inside and outside of sessions; you’ll get out of it what you put into it.
My role is to walk alongside you, offering perspective, support, and evidence-based strategies that fit your unique needs and pace.

Everyone’s circumstances and goals are unique. The length of therapy depends on your needs, readiness, and the pace that feels right for you. Together, we’ll regularly check in on your progress and adjust the frequency and duration of sessions to ensure our work continues to support your goals.

Medication can be an important and effective part of treatment for many people. However, it often works best in conjunction with therapy. While medication can help relieve symptoms, it doesn’t always address the underlying patterns, experiences, or emotions contributing to your distress.
Through our work together, we’ll explore and unpack the challenges you’re facing, helping you build awareness, skills, and self-understanding. Therapy supports you in developing the inner resources and strengths that promote long-term healing and growth.
-
I’m so glad you’re committed to making the most of your sessions. Therapy works best when you’re an active participant in your own growth. Our time together is just one small part of your week — the real change often happens between sessions, when you begin to apply new insights, tools, and perspectives to your daily life.
Consistency, reflection, and a willingness to stay curious all support the process. The more you engage both in and outside of our sessions, the more meaningful and lasting your progress will be.
