Hope lives in small, courageous steps toward yourself.

I’m Kimberly (she/her) — a Registered Psychologist based in Calgary, and a wholehearted human with deep gratitude for this one wild and precious life.

Reaching out for help takes courage. You may be here because life feels heavy, uncertain, or overwhelming — and you’re ready for something to shift. My role is to walk alongside you with care and compassion as we make sense of what’s been hard and explore new ways forward.

I’ve been registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists since 2012 and bring over 20 years of experience in community mental health. Over that time, I’ve supported people through many of life’s challenges — including anxiety, grief, burnout, and major transitions.

Therapy with me is collaborative, warm, and trauma-informed. It’s grounded in the belief that healing happens through curiosity, honesty, and genuine human connection.

How I Can Help

I draw on several evidence-based and compassionate approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).

These frameworks help us explore patterns, emotions, and experiences in ways that promote healing and meaningful, lasting change.

Therapy is not about fixing what’s “wrong.” It’s about understanding yourself more deeply, reconnecting with what matters most, and creating space for growth and possibility.
